Our Change Order process protects both the client and the project: when a scope change is identified, Alpha Bravo issues a written Change Order Request that includes a full description of the change, the reason, the exact cost impact (additional cost or credit), and the schedule impact in calendar days. The client reviews and signs before any work proceeds. This means you will never receive a surprise invoice at project closeout. All approved Change Orders are incorporated into the updated project budget and schedule, and copies are provided in the full project closeout documentation package.
