Built from the Ground Up — Like Every Project We Take On

Alpha Bravo Construction was founded in Houston in 2017 with a single truck, a small crew, and a reputation for showing up and delivering. In just 8 years, Alpha Bravo has grown into one of Houston's most trusted general contractors — with a portfolio spanning office buildings, hotels, warehouses, medical facilities, schools, restaurants, and large-scale civil developments across Texas and beyond.

Through 8 years of Houston growth — boom cycles, downturns, and everything in between — we've stayed true to the principles that built our company: honest pricing, skilled craftsmanship, and a relentless commitment to delivering on our word.

We are not a national roll-up or a private equity-backed firm chasing volume. We are a Houston-born construction company that cares deeply about the quality of every project that leaves our job site, and about the long-term relationships we build with every client, architect, and subcontractor we work with.

From a single crew in Houston to a full-service commercial contractor operating across Texas and multiple states.

2017
Founded in Houston

Alpha Bravo Construction launches with a focus on commercial tenant improvements and small ground-up builds in the Houston metro. First year revenue: $2.1M across 12 projects.

2018
Hotel Renovation Division Launched

Secured first major hotel PIP contract — a 120-key Marriott property in Houston. Hired dedicated hospitality project team. Hotel renovation becomes fastest-growing division.

2019
Civil Division Established

Expanded into horizontal land development and civil infrastructure. Completed first full-tract commercial subdivision development in Katy, TX. Acquired heavy equipment fleet.

2020
Resilience Through COVID

Maintained operations through the pandemic by pivoting to essential construction — healthcare facilities, distribution centers, and infrastructure. Zero layoffs. Revenue held flat at $18M.

2021
Texas Expansion — San Antonio & DFW

Opened satellite offices in San Antonio and the Dallas-Fort Worth metro. Completed $42M in projects across three Texas markets. Named to Houston Business Journal Fast 100.

2022
Multi-State Operations

First out-of-state hotel renovation projects in Louisiana and Colorado. 200+ employees. First warehouse tilt-wall project over 100,000 SF. Annual revenue exceeds $60M.

2023
500-Project Milestone

Completed our 500th commercial project — a 45,000 SF medical office building in the Houston Medical Center. Launched design-build division. Achieved Hilton and Marriott preferred contractor status.

2024
Today — Still Building

Active projects across Texas, Louisiana, Colorado, and New Mexico. 8 divisions. 120+ employees. Same commitment to quality and client relationships that started it all in 2017.

Manages all project delivery operations, subcontractor relationships, and quality control programs. Former project engineer for Turner Construction with 20+ years in Houston commercial construction.

Leads client acquisition, estimating, and proposal strategy. Specializes in hospitality and healthcare construction pursuits. 15+ years in Texas commercial GC sales and preconstruction.
