Alpha Bravo Construction continues to demonstrate steady and measurable progress at the Mithai Plaza development as the project advances into a critical construction phase. Major roofing and utility-related activities are now underway, marking an important milestone in the overall buildout of this commercial expansion.

The work commenced with the precise placement of the metal deck, providing a strong structural base for the roofing system. This was followed by the installation of USG Sheetrock roof sheathing, carefully executed to enhance structural integrity, durability, and long-term performance. Concurrently, comprehensive waterproofing operations are in progress to protect the building envelope from moisture intrusion and environmental exposure.

Membrane flashing is being meticulously installed around all scuppers to ensure proper water drainage, while a high-performance protective roof membrane is being laid along the parapet walls to further safeguard the structure. In parallel, trench excavation activities are actively underway in preparation for the upcoming water line connection, ensuring seamless integration of essential utility services. Every phase of work is being carried out with strict attention to quality, safety, and workmanship standards. With a total expansion area of approximately 15,100 square feet and a planned 12-month project duration, Mithai Plaza is steadily taking shape as a modern commercial space. This development reflects Alpha Bravo Construction’s ongoing commitment to excellence, precision, and delivering long-lasting value to its clients.
